Expected more based on current 4.8 rating. My creamy broccoli soup tasted good, not exceptional, and was watery. I had a chicken and ravioli dish that was good, but nothing special; pretty bland. The cheesecake was very good, and my wife's shrimp dish had very large shrimp. The men's room was not very clean, and should have been a lot cleaner given our early reservation.
Crowded but worth. Was suppose to be a hour wait There was a table for two. Sat down right away. We got the mussels and parmesan fries. Both so amazing. Can be a bit a pricey but the food we got was worth it. Ranch is always very good here. We came at dinner time so dinner rush..
Awesome place. From the main street it has a cool low key speakeasy vibe by going between two downtown buildings through the "secret stair" to the rear of the Jens Jensen building to a quaint park, the river below, and the entrance to T-Dubs. The warm, lower light ambiance, coupled with lots of rich old wood and original stone foundation was like being in an English pub. Fast friendly service. Tried a pub staple, Bacon Cheeseburger, with garlic baby red potatoes and it was excellent. Historic photos on the wall was icing on the cake for this history buff. This former blacksmiths shop/wagon maker building, and it's gem of a pub in the lower level are great. 5 stars.
Great stone cave like pub. Food was awesome. Had the ribs and garlic rice. Also great craft beer selection. Attentive servers and decent prices.
Great atmosphere! Excellent food! By the river so I can't wait until summer to check it out. Outstanding service! #romantic
