    I stopped on my way back from the Dells to Green Bay. The food took a little bit to come out but it was fresh. I got the special loaded fries and they were nice and crisp. I'd rather wait for fresh food than have some old dried up food instantly handed to me. Thank you for the quality food.

    Updating this review for 2019. Service is still a bit slow compared to other fast-food joints, but I'll chalk that up to them making things to order rather than just microwaving everything. I'd much rather wait a few minutes and have fresh-cooked food than get something low-quality really fast. Their cheese curds are superior to Culvers'. They seem to use larger curds and fry them so that they don't melt, so you're left with more of a cheese curd nugget. Much better than Culver's little cheese bites. Really what earned them back the fifth star is the Rootbeer-Vanilla-Twist soft serve. It's worth a stop in Coloma just for that. Cannot recommend it highly enough. $0.98 for one of the best ice-cream cones ever.
