Hideaway Bar & Grill

I'm giving the hideaway 4 stars because of the value. I fed 3 people on 20 dollars. The food was good. The drinks were not good. The wine was stale. Bathrooms were not horrible. But the place seems to be getting dingy and untidy. I'd rather have eaten outside which is nice.

Hideaway serves their fish fry till 9pm. AYCE whitefish was very nicely done came fast. Got there at 8:30 and the place was still packed. My daughter and I had 4 drinks and two fish fries for $25. Hard to beat that. Comfortable, friendly, cozy atmosphere. Will do it again.

Decent bar with good food. It's tucked away by itself, hence the name, so if want a quiter place, you'll be happy here. There is sometimes a little wait for the food, but normally it's not bad. My only real complaint is that it's hit or miss with the bartenders. Your experience with service is highly dependent on who's working that night.

I loved the bar/restaurant. I recommend that you bring both family & friends because it's an experience with sharing with everybody. The prices are a little high for the local economy but, it helps to keep out the slackers. It is a business the you must experience from both the inside as well as the outside. It is handy capped parking as well as handy capped doorways & bathrooms too.
