George's Steak House

Old world Wisconsin supper club with piano in bar area. You can tell everyone was enjoying themselves and the portions were generous. Worth the price for the right special occasion. Although looking forward to going back to try the Friday night fish fry.

This was our first visit to George's. We were looking for a good steak and something new. We were immediately greeted and asked if we wanted to be seated right away or have a drink at the bar. We wanted a drink first and they came to get us a short time later. The waitress was friendly and the food came in a timely manner. We both ordered the diamond cut prime rib. It came medium rare, as ordered. It was tender and flavorful. I told my husband that it was the best prime rib I've ever had. Absolutely delicious!

Lovely atmosphere. Great food. Steaks are tender and juicy-good portions. Salad and soup with dinner plus relish tray, crackers and breadsticks with cheese spread and liver pate. Sit at the piano bar and sing and shine with all the other patrons!

We took family from out of town there. We all had amazingly delicious meals. It really is hard to decide on what to order because everything is really so good. The steaks and prime rib were phenomenal. The broiled scallops were a huge hit. You really have to try there salad with there home made hot bacon dressing. The staff are extremely friendly! Five stars and very much looking forward to the next dining experience there
