Dunkin'

The first time I went to Dunkin donuts today, I went through the drive-thru and the service was quick. Everyone was very nice. I also had from what I think it's the manager come up to the window and said she had someone training and asked if I wanted a free latte, I happily accepted and they made sure everything was good to my liking I gave them a thumbs up. Whoever was training they did an great job on my drink order and the free latte, I think they will do very well at Dunkin ???? thank you I will definitely be back!

I went through the drive thru and thought I was missing $10 of my change. Samantha did everything to “ make it right” when I called back to complain. Little did I know my change was on the floor of my Jeep. When I found it I called back to let her know it was MY MISTAKE. She is great with customer service in difficult conversations! Hats off to her!

New location not too far from my house. Service is pretty good besides one minor mix up, but they replaced my drink for free, which made up for it completely. The service here is pretty solid and it's always nice to see people you know work here.

Stopped to place an order for 8 drinks. Went through the drive through as I have had a recent knee replacement and didn’t want to get out of my vehicle. Had to pull to the front to wait for my order. Mary brought it out. As I put it on the seat next to me it tipped over. A very little bit had spilled out. She went around to the passenger side, picked up the spilled drinks, wiped up the mess and disposed of the garbage. All with a huge smile on her face. She also had a young man with her who was awesome and helpful but I did not see his name tag. Love Dunkin’ Donuts and so glad they are open in Menasha! And I don’t even drink coffee!
