(May 16, 2019, 1:49 pm)Dairy queen is tasty but the service can feel a bit rushed. Went in with a group and we were treated like we were a bit of an inconvenience. Perhaps staff was having a rough day but it definitely showed.
I've worked in the service industry, so I know how things can get sometimes but it still sucks when you go in to a place expecting to have a good interaction and you leave feeling like you messed someone's day up by asking them for what they offer. -

(May 2, 2019, 9:19 pm)Had a great experience today. My bag of fudge bars had 3 of the 10 in the bottom badly thawed. I took them back right away and the gentlemen/manager? Replaced the three and also threw in 4 more! Great way to handle an oopsie????

(March 10, 2019, 3:07 am)When I stopped by to get their delicious popcorn and blizzard treats, one of the young employees saw that my hands were full and offered to get the door for me and even offered to help me carry it to my car. Now that's what I call great customer service! Going out of their way to help!
