Tom's Drive-In

Normally I love Tom's. My family stopped after NHS graduation. It was pretty empty due to the hour. Our meals were overdone, we didn't eat the cheese curds, we did finish our meals cause we were exhausted & starving. We were surprised by the poor service & food.

I used to go here often. Then it seems like they drastically raised their prices. Roughly a 70 cent increase on a 99 cent burger. If you're buying for your whole family it adds up to a big difference in the bill.

Never have had anything to complain about with this location. Great food, great staff. My friend's car broke down in the parking lot and one employee that was on break offered to help us push his car to get it into a parking spot. I wish I had got that employees name for this review. No it was not his job but he went away above and beyond to help someone in need and that is what customer service is all about!

Having a blast with Tommy and Vinnie at Tom's! Great picks for the whole family on the menu. Fun environment for a family outing. Clean and nice staff.
