(August 20, 2022, 6:10 am)The car wash is useless if the brushes don't activate. I purchased the level below the most expensive & the brushes didn't move. I went & requested a redo & the same thing happened. The 3rd time they gave me the expensive wash & the brushes activated that time. I can't tell if the system isn't working two out of three times or if they program the brushes to not do anything unless you pay for the most expensive wash. Without the brushes, vehicle comes out just as dirty as it went in.
At least it was simple to get a code to try again.
