Nagoya Japanese Restaurant

I've been to this location quite a few times throughout the years and the service is what makes or breaks the experience as the food is always good. Love the variety of sushi and they have sushi specials certain days of the week.
My most recent experience was great with service; however, there have been times where the wait staff seems lost and overwhelmed and it'll take forever to get a refill or additions to your meal, which is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Food (sushi in particular for this area) itself is definitely a 5!

For a number of years, I would avoid crab rangoon after having one too many of the freezer-burnt specials you typically find at most restaurants. I also prefer my sweet and sour sauce to not taste like watered-down Heinz.

Nagoya doesn't suffer from those deficiencies, however. Quite the opposite, they knock it out of the park. They're the first thing we order now, dine in or take-out. And their sushi is amazing as well, with a solid variety and quality that you normally don't find in a small Midwestern town. Definitely worth a stop!

The service was fast and friendly here. I love the authentic Japanese cusine. I spent the summer in Tokyo quite a few years back and this eating experience takes me back. Delight to the senses!

Very good! First time going there. Wish I had a bigger stomach to try more things! Beef tataki was amazing as well as our hibachi meal. Waiter was excellent. I'll have to come back and just eat sushi all day there sometime.
