Went on Thursday the 3rd and the food was fantastic! The Sicilian Pizza was one of the best if not THE best pizza I've tasted in Marshfield. I dont understand how that place isn't packed every night. Service was fantastic as well.

Walk into this place and you feel like you've left the little town of Marshfield and you're at a hip tapas bar. Chill music, very knowledgeable bar tender, and everything is cooked in a wood fire pizza oven in plain view. The shrimp sleeves with peach whiskey sauce were wonderful and the crab cakes were ridiculously scrumptious. Watching the chef hand toss our pizza ( one of the best I've had in state so far- very new york style) and finishing with a flight of beers ended the perfect date night!

The Oven Above the Pub is a truly unique experience in Marshfield. When you walk in you're greeted by the massive brick oven and a fantastic smell of what's baking inside. The menu is full of both some low-risk basic pizzas if you're not to adventurous all the way to some unique pizzas like The Popper which is essentially a jalapeno popper appetizer transformed into a pizza which is very delicious (and very hot!). The menu includes plenty of other oven-friendly items including pot pie and lots of other baked dishes. Pair it all with your favorite beer from Blue Heron Brew Pub (downstairs) and you have a winner. At night there seems to be a more formal atmosphere, but it is both kid and adult friendly.
