Applebee's Grill + Bar

Seems to be common that servers disappear, not giving customers the attention needed. I had to actually get out of my seat for assistance. Food wasn't that great bc the pasta hard and the bread was almost burnt, on the first (server got wrong) and second plate. Went to the Mexican restaurant next door, much better customer service.

Food is always good, what you would expect. Service is very dependent on how busy they are. They have been good recently, but I have had times where I have been seated and not had a server approach me for half an hour, so I left.

Great fish dinner. Three large pieces. No need to order the "all you can eat".

It's good to see that some places have not forgot what customer service is about. I would recommend Applebee's in Wisconsin rapids to anyone

I've ordered "Carside to go" twice in the past few months and both times I was missing some of our food. I called the first time after I was missing the chicken on my oriental chicken salad and the manager apologized and sent me a coupon. It happened again two weeks ago when we were missing my son's fries that were supposed to be with his ribs and missing my breadstick for my salad. The girl apologized when I called and once again said she'd mail me a coupon which I still have yet to receive.
