(October 1, 2021, 3:08 am)So tasty, such a cool vibe, just all in all delightful! Highly recommend! Had the stuffed peppers followed by the grilled hummus sandwich, both tasty as can be. My partner had a cheeseburger with potato salad and also had rave reviews to share. Don't miss this place!

(September 4, 2021, 5:43 pm)The stuffed green peppers were amazing! Everything is home cooked and it shows. Honestly some of the best food I've ever had at a restaurant. Really great atmosphere as well. Fun friendly staff. Quintessential small Wyoming mountain town. .

(July 17, 2021, 11:43 pm)The Post has limited seating - that didn't affect our visit in the mid-afternoon. The menu had some unusual variety, but after visiting with the wait staff we accepted her recommendation on the home made chicken noodle soup and went out of the box and ordered the poppers. Both were excellent. And the service was excellent as well. This was our first time in Centennial but we're looking forward to our next opportunity to eat at The Post. 👍👍
