Cavalryman Steakhouse

Traveling all the way from Houston. Needed a place to get a good steak. We were well taken care of. The appetizers were delicious as well as the main course.
Tried Mushrooms, Calamari, and Bison meatballs to start with. Had their locally sourced, grass-fed, tenderloin steak. And finished with their huge bread pudding.

Will visit again when in Laramie again.

Cavalrymen was a nice surprise after a long Drive from Denver. Everyone was friendly and courteous and accommodating when I asked for horseradish. For a steakhouse it wasn’t the best steak though. Good taste but very sinewy but not so bad I wouldn’t want to go back.

The best place to have your wedding dinner. The staff was the best and moved us to the stage under the lights. Thanks for a memorable night 🌙.

Going the night after Valentine's Day probably wasn't the greatest idea. 😏

Went in with a business group of 6 with reservations, nearly empty with other guests. Our server, Tatum, was very personable and fun to work with. You could tell she was newer so we tried to be patient...and her with us. Food came out sporadic as some got plates 5-10 minutes before & after others. 2 entrees were served 10 minutes before the rest of the table. Front of house manager, Riley, checked in a few times. You could tell she was trying to ensure happiness.

While not the greatest experience but won't write it off. Would love to go back in a month or two to see how how they shine. Heck, I'd hire Tatum to work for me.
