Maria's Mexican Grill and Cantina

Stopped by on my way through, it was a good find!! Had the special which was nopales with pork in a red sauce, it reminded me of my moms food was really happy to have found it will stop by every time I drive through Laramie

I love the family friendly environment, my server Glory did an amazing job! Can't go wrong with their smothered burritos and micheladas are a must have!! To the guy saying it's bar food it most definitely is not

Love this place, my favorite are their tortas, that bread is to die for. They have really good margaritas, I had the $1.50 shorts I guess it's a Friday special but they are really good!! Def recommend

Maria's is an unassuming establishment which offers some excellent Mexican style cuisine.
As we entered a voice greeted us from the distance. Shortly, a pleasant young lady presented, seated us and asked about drinks. I had water. She gave us the menus and explained the choices of the day. I ordered the Green Chile. It was disappointing but, only because it wasn't green. The bowl of Chile was just enough. Not too big, not too small. The flavor was superb, texture, just right, and the pork was seared perfectly. Waitress was also excellent. Price was reasonable. As we left, Maria, thanked us for coming with a smile... Will definitely go there again.

I came here for the first time because the number one reviewer said the chips and salsa are out of this world. They are not mistaken. I personally like my salsa with a bit more kick but flavor was undeniable. Beyond that I must say the Clay margarita glasses are absolutely epic and I loved this! Per the order, I ordered the tacos. Can’t go wrong right? My only complaint is that the Asada meat was a tad bland, to be honest I added a bit of salt and pepper. 4 stars and kudos to you. Solid review!
