    The staff killed the experience for me. I ordered ahead. Simple drink (iced coffee (no ice, no sweetener, no room) = cup ->free pour of coffee -> lid)). Picked up drink and there was ice and sweetener. I ask for the barista to remake the drink. She swiped the cup and said, "you need to let us know these things!" I said, "what does the sticker on the cup say?" She read it, seeing the specifications were listed. She violently emptied the cup in the sink and remade the drink. This place is no way to start your day. If you are staying here over night. I suggest heading in before they close to grab your drinks for the morning and keeping them in your hotel fridge. It is likely a less stressful time for the staff.
