Albertanos Mexican Food Gillette

This place surprised me it’s located in a gas station where a burger king use to be located so it has a walk up counter to order your food. But the food is really good I had the carne asada fries with a fried jalapeño. It’s kid friendly since the play ground from bk is still in the restaurant. So if you want to sit down and enjoy your food and watch your kids play take a detour off of I90 and get you a quick bite of some good Mexican food!!!!

Stayed in Gillette for a couple weeks and ate here about 3x. Every time the food was great, the Wyoming fries are fantastic. The breakfast burrito is also very good. It’s pricey. I paid 40$ for 4 burritos, which isn’t outrageous by 2023 standards but I also had the chorizo replaced with grilled chicken and for some reason it was a 8$ up charge one time and nothing another time. The gal at the front is great, so is the taller man. The shorter man missing a couple teeth is hard to communicate with and is overall pretty rude. Saw me come in, acknowledged me, then waited a good 7-8 mins to come up and take my order. Pretty inconvenient when I’m trying to get to work. Overall the food is what you’d expect.

Some of the best Mexican food I have ate. The carne asada burrito amazing. While most places use rice and other fillers to make their burritos large, they pack the home made tortilla full of meat and fresh veggies. Will definitely eat here numerous times again!

Really good food and generous serving sizes. Prices may be a bit high for the fast food type atmosphere but the taste is worth it..

My new obsession!! Breakfast burritos are ginormous and delicious. Queso is amazing. Grilled chicken street tacos are phenomenal. Price is very fair for the amount of food you get!
