I saw photos through social media and it all looked delicious. We stopped in on Sunday. There was a buffet. It was a funky dining experience in the fact we expected a diner style. However, it was counter order at the end in the way of the buffet folks. A bit crowded… You feel rushed because even though the menu is small, you make your food selection at the counter. We tipped the 3 folks at the counter.

Not impressed by the breakfast.
Neither of us finished our hashbrowns. It’s like they had a stack sitting on the flat top just getting crispy and they were super crunchy and tasted bitter… they also are the “rehydrate” hashbrown style that come in and you add water to them.. So they just don’t have the freshness … The bacon rather was the same like a pile was made and it was sitting to the side no greasy freshness or chewy texture.... just dry... maybe if it was cooked medium then finished to order it would be better… the toast wasn’t crunchy or toasted well. I kind of made the comment to my boyfriend.. well possibly this is so they can restock the buffet, it’s made in mass and shoved to side to reheat and serve.. The only reason I took a photo was to send to a FOH manager friend and discuss pricing.

Yum! Friendly and surprisingly fast! Great burgers and they even have a salad bar.

This establishment always exceeds expectations! Amazingly friendly staff, who are super kind and helpful.
Who else would spend so much time behind the scenes, likely late at night, putting in condiments in little baggies for to go orders like this?
Their food? Absolutely amazing. This is the Hawaiian burger, my go to. And you can never go wrong work seasoned waffle fries!
Will recommend again and again, enjoy some delicious mom and pop food!

Hopped off I-90 for some lunch in Gillette and stumbled upon the Stagecoach.

As the other reviewers have noted, the service here is friendly and attentive. Although there were quite a few locals in for lunch, we definitely didn't feel out of place coming from 5 or 6 states away.

The food itself is fresh and tasty. I had the Santa Fe Burger (pictured below) and made short work of it, along with a few glasses of Mt. Dew from their self-serve fountain.

Overall, a great mom and pop place. Would recommend and would visit again when traveling through the area.

Great food had a patty melt it was so cheesy and delicious. Wife had a bacon cheeseburger it was awesome the bacon was great. There hamburgers are the best that we have had in Gillette so far. The server was friendly and had our food out asap. Great meal great service great restaurant .
