Hanks Roadside Bar and Grill

What's not to love about this mom and pop roadside masterpiece?
The food is always delicious (highly suggest the Monte Cristo), service is top notch, and the atmosphere is homie.
Their additions with the bigger convenience store, souvenirs, FR cloths, boots, it's a great one stop shop!

I was treated very nicely by the clerk. She was beyond helpful, friendly, & professional. The bathrooms here are the cleanest I've ever seen in a gas station and/or convenience store. I would definitely recommend this station to any & all ... My experience was positive & welcomed.

The deserts are AMAZING! Highly recommend the buffalo burger from Durham Ranch (locally raised literally down the street). Friendly staff, you will feel like a local!

I find Hanks to be a friendly and comfortable place to go, as is everywhere now days the prices are moderately high but the quality and size of the portions more than make up for that.
I'd recommend stopping in taking a load off your travels and enjoying the local atmosphere.
You can get the inside scoop and fill your belly at the same time.
The staff is incredible and always on point with their level of customer service.
When i pass by i make it a point to stop in.
The store has some of everything and always what you need.
Fresh donuts amazing chicken and daily lunches can be had.
Without that stop the daily grind would be very difficult for sure.

The burger was great, many different options on 1/2 lb or 1/3 lb, made how you like it. It's bar food, what more should you expect? Good burger, fries and beer. I don't particularly like the smoking inside and it could get rather smokey if there were a lot of people there.
