The food and drinks were great but the service was not only personable, but exceptionally entertaining! We had such a great time with the whole staff but especially the owner, Danny!

Wonderful food and great service! The steaks were cooked perfectly. They've made a few very small changes on the decor, but the building structure has lots of potential for updates while still honoring the founder. It'd also be nice to see a drink menu, we love browsing custom blends and with the story of Svilar there's a great opportunity to really incorporate that history into a drink menu!

The food is great and the portions are amazing, if you are a blue cheese lover then this is the place for you. The meals include a salad, a homemade ravioli, a sarma (beef cabbage roll), a dinner roll, and finally your steak and side. The food is always good and filling however the steaks always range in doneness depending on who is cooking. I usually order just under what I would prefer seeing as it usually is over cooked. Additionally some steaks can be very under seasoned. But in the end it is a great restaurant for the area with classic decor and very reasonable food.
