Coming out of the Grand Tetons, these two road tired tourists needed a place to spend the night, and we stumbled upon this hotel/casino.
It had everything we needed, a place to get something to eat, a bed to rest in, a bathroom to get refreshed, and peace and quiet.
No complaints from us on our stay there!

Beautiful scenery outside west hotel windows. Nice, clean rooms and friendly front desk check in ladies.

The new bar is cool and Corey is an all-star! Doggface and Corey were the weekend highlights for sure. Corey was very friendly and did great managing everyone and abiding by drink limit rules. He makes a nice cocktail and the bar prices are lower than maybe anywhere.....ever..... Wish you could drink on the casino floor, but maybe thats something to consider in the future.

We were disappointed that the air conditioning must had been set at 66 degrees and after traveling on motorcycles all day we needed to have cooler environment. Also the website said the restaurant would be open until 8pm. We arrived at 7:40pm only to be told the restaurant was closed and yet they were still serving in the restaurant. I understand that it to be a “catch 22” situation, however, when there isn’t anyplace around for five miles I believe a little more courtesy should be extended to guest staying in the hotel.
Other than those two issues the room and establishment was clean and well kept.

Just 8 miles outside of Lander this was a beatific and quiet spot away from town and halfway from anywhere. The casino is nice. There was no smoking but plenty of machines. Unfortunately, there are no table games. Even two tables would be a welcome way to bring a few more gamblers in. The rooms were very nice and quiet and the pool and firepit were a lot of fun for the kids.

We opted to stay here because it was $50 cheaper than the Holiday Inn in Lander and also accepts pets. That might have been a costly mistake if we wanted to do anything after 8pm. The restaurant and gift shops close by 8, and the snack bar and bar area are under renovation and also closed (I cannot confirm if any alcohol is available here - but I couldn’t find it). The pool and hot tub are also closed on Mon/Tues for maintenance (although no one is doing anything there so this seems fishy to me).

At the end of the day I wish I had been less cheap about the hotel as we are miles from town with literally nothing to do or consume after 8pm. I’m so glad we got dinner in Lander before coming out here. If you want to play slots, or if you want a cheaper room to hang out in and you don’t want to use any of the amenities during the week then this is the hotel for you! I’m not hopeful for getting breakfast in the morning at the restaurant…

At least we have a pretty view out of the window!
Edit: more pros/cons to consider. The a/c unit does not go lower than 66 degrees and barely continues any air flow during the evening so if you sleep hot you’ll be on top of the covers tossing and turning all night. The shower pressure and spaciousness and shampoo/conditioner/body wash is really nice. The gift shop is cute with the sweetest person operating and you’ll owe $20 for bringing your pet and need to put down a $50 deposit (hoping to get it returned quickly).
