One Eyed Buffalo Brewing Company

Busy for a wintery Saturday night. As an appetizers we had the Rocky mountain oysters which were delicious. They came with a red sauce that was mixed with horseradish. We also Had the chicken pesto mac & cheese with the Guacamole Bacon Buffalo Burger with a great Jalapeño Cucumber Cocktail to finish it off. The burger came with a side of incredible sweet potato fries.. A definite must visit if you're in the great town of Thermopolis.

If you are looking for a cool, fun, chill local place to eat in Thermopolis, The One Eyed Buffalo is your spot. I was in town for a conference fell in love with the atmosphere, food and staff. When you walk in the door you immediately feel welcome. I had some of their famous Mac and Cheese. I had the Philly cheese steak Mac and Cheese, and it was to die for. It has a sports pub feel. The staff was amazing and attentive. Thanks to the One Eyed Buffalo Brewing Company for a great experience.

Crowded on this 4th of July Friday night with a 45 minute wait. And worth it. Great craft beer selection, quick service. Good food. Went outside my comfort zone and had the crab and fish roll. Delicate and delicious. 3 different IPA's to taste.

The staff are what make this place special. Our server and even the folks who seated us were super kind and friendly. Our server was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The food is average all around, taste and portion sizes are nothing special. The atmosphere was really nice and upbeat! I had an enjoyable experience.

We had a great experience here. The waitress was friendly and on point. She never gave her name tho. The food was good. I had the pork nachos and she had the mussels. Both came to the table hot without a long wait. The only thing I wasn't too pleased with is my drink. It wasn't the service tho it was more prefrence. Definitely will return here.
