Wonderful experience. Excellent bacon wrapped filet mignon with black truffle oil. Plump asparagus and twice baked potato. The master of the kitchen was Doug who added a personal touch that was great. Homemade fresh bread and very green salad. Watched sunset over the mountains. Memorable trip. Planning next months visit.

Son Rise will even tow your horse trailer into the ranch from the highway after you hit a mule deer and wrecked your truck. Then they board your horses and feed you 3 great meals everyday while you wait on a replacement truck to arrive. What a find! We were lost then we were found! Great place. I plan to return voluntarily in the future. The restaurant has homecooked meals with farm raised meats. Local wines, beers and spirits. The Regenerative farm practices are inspiring. Doug and Eve were marvelous hosts and the staff of young folk made you think all is not lost in this world. We stayed in our LQ horse trailer and rode the mountains, oversaw the livestock operation-cattle, hogs, chickens and visited with other lucky travelers Thanks for wonderful memory.

The Lindamood Family is such a nice hard working family and their hard work and dedication pays off looking at their ranch. They have great food and a great family operation. I can’t wait to try their dinners sometime. They are currently open 7 days a week from 4am to 9pm only in October and serve breakfast, grab and go lunch, and dinner at 6pm.
Attention Hunters, if you are out and about hunting stop by and get something to eat so the girls don’t have to cook! Go on in and have a great meal boys! We will definitely be back! Sincerely, Rees Ready, Office Manager for Western Land Sales

Stop reading and book this right now before everyone else finds out about this hidden oasis! From the moment you arrive Doug, Eve and the entire family welcome you with open arms. Their kindness and hospitality is equivalent to 5 stars but at 2 star prices. Everything is as described in the listing. The cabin I stayed in was incredibly comfortable and immaculately cleaned. The bathroom and shower area is a short walk away and also super clean. They even had wifi which I’m embarrassed to say i used, but cell phone service is a bit spotty. They educate you about the way they raise their animals and they are all grass fed and it’s all sustainable. They all have a clear passion for raising humanely treated animals and are eager to share with others. I HIGHLY recommend signing up for the meals they offer daily. The food is so good and tastes so fresh and healthy! While I was there I saw cows, chickens, wild bunnies, tons of birds and Brandy the friendly cat. Easy access to Thermopolis or just stay for a few days and enjoy their paradise! I hope to return one day!

Staying here was a joy! The owner and family were incredibly kind and I felt like I was on a ranch in the wilds of Wyoming. The food was absolutely delicious too.
