Sushi rolls were pretty good, but long waiting at host desk.
For travelers, wifi is really important for checking everything while dining. It will be helpful if the restaurant can provide the password to us.
My wife and I were new in town, and wanted to celebrate an occasion with sushi. We each ordered combo plates. The sushi was just okay. The spicy tuna roll was not spicy at all. It was actually flavorless. The poor service is the main reason for the lower rating. Our waitstaff were sullen, impatient, and uncommunicative. There are better options for sushi in Cheyenne.
The 4 stars are for the young waiter who was working the entire restaurant alone. He did amazing for a very full house. I've been disappointed by the management at this place every time I come here. There is rarely a hostess up front to take names. There are never enough servers. Everything takes forever. This is a management problem, not a staff problem. Other than that, food was delicious and the poor waiter did his best to be attentive.
We love going here for lunch, the employees are great. The atmosphere is great. I don't want to write a review for this place because I'm afraid people will see it and decide to visit. I say this because I want to be selfish and keep it to myself. I don't like sushi but Wasabi has changed my feelings. The sushi is my favorite to order, I highly recommend the Fried Philly, and Kentucky roll. If you're not big on trying something new then go with something like the chicken and/or shrimp rice (they also have beef and rice). I like their fried rice, it's got the right amount of everything in it.
