Dad's Bar & Steakhouse

Very friendly staff, amazing food (try the salmon). Live music most weekends. Dance floor. Large bar area with food service. Restaraunt in the back. Good salad bar too. Info for touring bands: the bar currently has an apartment upstairs with 2br/ba and a kitchen for bands to stay in.

The staff is hospitable, prompt, and personable. The prime rib of excellent as is the chicken. Portions are enough to take home and enjoy again the following day, and the salad bar is ftesh.

We went on a Tuesday when they only had their “bar menu” available. Their bar menu was amazing!! Prime rib sandwich, country fried steak bites was delicious, breaded popcorn shrimp! The waitress was so attentive and the atmosphere friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We went with a group of friends for a nice dinner and were very impressed. The view of the mountains from the back dining area was beautiful. The service was very efficient and fast. The food was incredible. My steak was so tender I could almost cut it with my fork. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Thayne WY!
