Eggington's

Having never been to Casper before we were looking for somewhere to get a good breakfast. Eggington's has the highest reviews in town and for a good reason. This place is busy and you will have to wait but man alive if it's not worth it. Everything we had as a group was just simply amazing. I am lactose intolerant so I have to modify everything I eat and our waitress was on point. The meals are large, very reasonably priced and absolutely fabulous. If you get anything with the Verde salsa on it I recommend getting extra because you'll wanna put it on everything. We will definitely be back at some point. Truly a gem.

If you are traveling through this is a must! The menu has an extensive selection of savory and sweet items. Add a delicious freshly squeezed orange juice mimosa or a signature latte! Don't forget to scoop a cinnamon roll or pecan sticky bun that is bigger than your fist for a treat later!

The food was divine and the service impeccable!! I caught them when they weren't busy. I can't wait to go back!! Lots left on the menu I want to try. This was the southern Benedict.

The food was good and the service was quick and friendly. The menus were very durable, but they would not lay flat so at times it was hard to browse the menu.

At the entrance they had a sign with the password for the Wi-Fi. The only problem was the Wi-Fi did not connect to the internet, making the Wi-Fi useless.
