FireRock Steakhouse

Everything here was amazing. My husband got the prime rib. My kids each got the Mac and Cheese from the kids' menu. I got the special, which was a yak filet. I don't think this is something they serve normally. Apparently, they are working with YouTuber Jeffrey Star, who raises yaks on a nearby ranch. I have never had yak before. It was delicious! It's leaner than steak, and has a slightly different flavor. Anyway, for dessert we split a chocolate cake. The server told us everything was made from scratch inhouse, and I could really tell. I hope to come back again someday!

This place has great service, great food, great prices, great employees, and very nice and clean bathrooms! The restaurant is very nice! Also, the bathrooms were very nice like and clean and I like how they put paper towels right in front of the sinks! Also, the food was great we got a kid’s steak, kid’s ribs, and a bison steak, and all of it was great!! Also, are drinks were filled to the top which is great!!! And the bison steak was only $30 and the kid meals we’re both $6!! Are waiter Allison was very kind and sweet! Therefore, this restaurant is a nice place to go when your in Casper, Wyoming!!!

It really is a good place. You can tell it was well run. Our server (Caleb, I think) was excellent. Our food was good, desserts excellent. Nice ambience. Not too loud for the number of people there. Portions were generous.

We ate at this place on a Friday night. I did Call ahead seating at 6pm and told the hostess we would arrive around 630. Arrived at 630 and were seated by710p
Waiter took about 10 minutes to check in with us.
Dinner order placed around 735pm and food arrived 815.

We had 4 in our party and ordered 2 steaks, a small Caesar salad, chilli and Brussels sprouts.

I ordered my steak medium well, description said thin pink line. It was under cooked. We were disappointed in the size portion for the Brussels sprouts.

This place has great reviews. Going to assume our night wasn’t great due to Friday evening and holiday season.

Had my birthday lunch here and it was amazing :) wish I could remember our servers name. She was attentive and very friendly! The firecracker shrimp is always delicious. We tried the pork belly buns and will for sure be ordering again!
