Smokin Hot Butts BBQ

I recently hired Smoking Hot Butts BBQ to cater an event for 165 convention goers and it was a hit! Everyone loved the food Brett and his team prepared and served. So many people with so many different dietary restrictions and he was able to satisfy everyone's needs with the variety of options. We had ordered the Chicken, Pork, Potato salad (Not the premade thick heavy kind or the kind your grandma makes, his is unique and light absolutely a delicious paring) Apple pie beans (sweet and tangy perfectly balanced flavors) pickled okra, fruit tray and a veggie tray. I am definitely using them again and you should too for your next catering event OR have them serve right from their food truck for a fun experience. You will not be disappointed- they win trophies for a reason!! Now go getcha some!

Went down to the food trailer this last weekend and had such a great experience! There were quite a few people there, and once we ordered the wait was not long at all. The best part is the food was amazing. I got the pulled pork sandwich and coleslaw. It was delicious and really didn't even need BBQ sauce. Thanks Brett and team!

We had Brett and his team cater a lunch at work. Great options on the menu and some really original, creative recipes. We really enjoyed the apple pie smoked beans . . . never had anything like them before. The meats are really done at a high, competition bbq level. All of the meats are super good. After our lunch, we've been looking for when they are serving at brew pubs, events, etc and follow them around. Great quality bbq here in Casper

Wanted BBQ for a company Christmas Gathering and couldn't find anyone that wasn't booked. Called the number on the website and Brett answered the phone. He was in the middle of catering for a different party, but answered the phone anyway. I told him what I was after and about how many people I had to feed. He said he'd come up with something and let me know. He was timely in responding and he made it easy to set something up. We ordered the Brisket, Hominy green chili cheese casserole and the Bread Pudding with Bourbon sauce. He came in a little over my budget, but i would pay that again any day of the week. I am still having dreams about the Brisket and the Bread Pudding. As i am writing this, my mouth is watering. Amazing smoke flavor, juicy, cut with a plastic fork, melt in your mouth,...you won't be disappointed.

I'm not generally a barbeque fan, but this is the best I've ever eaten. The brisket has a good flavor, not too sweet or too spicy, and melt-in-your -mouth tender. The pork is really good too. I love the Cole slaw. The bread pudding with bourbon sauce is decadent. I also like the fact that the take out containers are cardboard, not plastic or foam
