Happy hour with appetizers- Good service from a bartender that also works at another bar in town. Went in for two top-shelf Margaritas; the ElNino is the best, I think. Good appetizer, SW egg rolls, but no avocado ranch (which makes the dish). I asked for it by name and got a second cup of regular ranch. Location is new; hopefully they'll learn. Still, a good new option in Casper. I used to live in Chili's home market state, and their food seems on point.

I spent $35.48 for a 10oz steak and 12 little bitty shrimps plus a 22oz beer. Then they tried to short me on my shrimps only 8 on my steak. The bartender was cool and got me my other shrimps. I even tipped him $2.00.. thank goodness I don't eat out a lot.

I wasn't expecting much since they just opened the doors a few weeks ago but I was pleasantly surprised. Chicken sandwich was excellent...chips and salsa were some of the best I've had. Took off one star because one of our meals came out a little cold. Overall we'd definitely go back.

Food was great and flavorful. The service was great as well! We ordered chips and salsa as an appetizer. We also ordered a giant*** crispy chicken sandwhich, a Sante fe burger with fries and a side of chili. The chili is not spicy but so good, thick and healthy hearty chili with meat, cheese, and crispy chips on top, and a queso burger with a veggie patty. The black bean veggie patty was excellent! Fully cooked, crispy edges, so flavorful. Similar to a chipotle veggie patty. Our server kept up with all of our drinks probably totaling 10 Dr. Peppers!!!
