I felt like I was in a Happy Days episode! This lovely revamped gas station has 50's deco and the food to go with it! I had the patty melt which they put on Sourdough Bread instead of rye....YUM!!! (So sorry I keep starting to eat befire the pictures.....but you can see the oatty was cooked thoughly!)
My Bro had the Chicken Fried Steak sandwich, which he very much enjoyed.
To round out our awesome meal we got chocolate and Strawberry shakes! SOOOOOOO DELICIOUS!!!!
Waitress was so attentive and friendly.

Great place for a plethora of menu items and desserts 🍨 🥧 🍦 🍡 🍧 The food was hot, fresh, and delightful! Perfect! The chili was wonderful! The salad was prepared with "fresh" ingredients and worth the meal! The facility was nice, clean, and orderly! The staff was excellent and attentive the entire meal! 👏 The restaurant filled up quickly, but the staff handled everybody smoothly! Impressive, and we'll be back for dessert 🍨 the next time! 😋

Great little place, right off I-80. The waitresses were super friendly. It is definitely a family atmosphere, not a place for a quiet meal (I have to say, I really liked that). The menu is overwhelming - meaning there is *so* much to choose from! I wish we had more time to delve into the multitude of options for shakes and old fashion sodas. Speaking of time... this is NOT a fast food joint. A polite disclaimer on the back of the menu tells you that all meals are made to order, and to please be patient. I had the BLT and fries. My kids had the burgers. I thoroughly enjoyed mine, theirs got mixed reviews (hence the 3 stars on the food, but mine personally was a 5). Place was packed with locals, so I think that says a lot. Personally, I will atop there again if given the chance.

Hamburger and hot dog soda fountain style diner with multiple other sandwiches and entrées..
Diane had the Cheeseburger and I had the chili cheese dog. Both were very good and the condiments were nice and fresh. I had regular fries and Diane had sweet potato fries and these also were good.
Overall I wouldn't say it was something special, just done real good, but it was certainly better than doing fast food.
They also have ice cream, shakes, and sodas.
Service was top notch, and everyone was friendly.
Overall, two thumbs up 👍 👌

This place has INTENSE burgers! I don’t know what I was thinking ordering the double burger because these guys serve half pound patties and a half pound of meat is plenty. Somehow I was able to finish the burger but I don’t recommend it because I’m gonna go into a food coma here shortly. The fried soups were OK but there was some that were under cooked but I think because they were stuck together in the fryer but overall fries are really good burger is really good and generous cheese.
