Mi Ranchito Family Restaurant

My family visited this establishment while traveling through Wyoming on a roadtrip through the western part of the US. The food here was some of the best we experienced! My daughter said the burrito she had was the best ever, I had the molcajete and it was delicious. We had many choices of places to eat while staying in Rock Springs WY and we are so glad we visited here!

Awesome food great service. Real Mexican food. I was craving cactus and they had it I asked them to cook it with the fajitas (not on the menu) and they did no problem.

Definitely recommend to anyone in Rock Spring and surrounding areas.

Ok folks, please listen up. Mi Ranchito is awesome! Great service and INCREDIBLE food! Get the "Molcajete de la Casa" and you will be amazed at how delicious food can be! Seriously, if you are trying to decide where to get some legit, authentic Mexican food, stop looking. This is the place, period. The food is that good!

Perfect place when you miss your moms Mexican dishes. Everything from chips and salsa to their authentic food menu and service is bar none excellent. Definitely recommend to anyone if you want some awesome Mexican.

Best family mexican restaurants! And their soft tacos were the best tacos I've ever had. The meat is seasoned perfectly and their plates are huge and really reasonably priced! Family run restaurant and clean bathrooms! It was a perfect stop for dinner while traveling! It isn't right off the highway but it took us like 4 minutes to drive their off the highway and so worth it. I did a deep dive in places and everyone said it was worth going past the obvious 2 seconds off the road places and man we were not disappointed! This picture was their Carne Asada burrito but my daughter ordered the soft tacos and when we travel through their again we will definitely be stopping in again and I'll be ordering 10 soft tacos lol
