(March 31, 2023, 7:06 pm)Found this because it is almost across the street from the Tesla charging station, just off I-80. Super clean. Friendly, efficient staff. Handmade tortillas, lean and delicious carnitas, and I’m still not sure what a quesabirria taco is except that it’s unusual, crispy, and delicious. Torta was also amaze-balls.

(February 4, 2023, 1:45 am)Holy smokes! What a gem of a find. We’re from San Diego and this was amazing! The birria broth, chicken and pineapple salsa were all 5/5. Lots of fresh toppings and so many salsas in the salsa bar. Flagged this place for next time we’re cruising the 80.
