Don’t let the exterior of this restaurant make you have second thoughts about entering. 😀 It’s clean, with welcoming hosts to greet you.

My wife had the Tom Kha soup, which was very flavorful and just enough for one person to be full and happy.

I had the Mango Curry with chicken, which is under “Chef Specials” on the back of the menu. It was spectacular! There was enough spice to let me know that I was at a Thai restaurant without being overpowering. With chunks of fresh, ripe mango, the flavor was one-of-a-kind.

We had the mango sticky rice as a dessert. Again, the mango was perfectly ripe, and the rice and drizzle just right.

I would recommend this establishment to anyone passing through!

We stopped here for lunch on our road trip, the food was quick and pretty good. I like the pineapple fried rice the best and they have mango sticky rice! Not bad for a small town in Wyoming so if your craving some thia food give it a stop!

Everything was delicious. We were passing through this place and needed to eat and we loved it. My husband ordered the Mongolian beef and I ordered the basil beef and shrimp fried rice. Definitely worth going to eat here. We ordered take out. But we loved the food. Make sure to ask for utensils or chopsticks.

My resume with Thai food: I’ve traveled to Thailand for 3 weeks, had Thai food in San Fran, LA, Vegas and New York. This food ranks up there! Great portion sizes and food tasted authentic. We order basil fried rice with chicken and vegetables and yellow curry with beef and vegetables and were very happy with our meal! Then we ordered mango sticky rice for dessert and happy it wasn’t too sweet like many are. We initially just wanted something other than bar food on a road trip and was very surprised to find great Thai food here! Will make it a point to stop here everytime I cross by this direction again!

Not much to look at from the outside, but I'm glad I read the other reviews. We really loved the food, the service was friendly, and the choices were unexpectedly sophisticated and delicious. I did not expect Nua Ka Ting in Wyoming, and the beef came perfectly tender, spicy in proportion to the other flavors, and the fragrance of the fried basil was wonderful. We dug into all the dishes before I remembered to take a picture. The lettuce wrap was very tasty, and the sixth of a head of perfectly fresh iceberg lettuce made a wonderful wrapper for the tender chicken. The mango paradise was tasty, and the mango sticky rice was great. The sauce was warm, sweet, salty, and rich with coconut. It is a family run restaurant, so we did have to wait for some things, but it was well worth the wait.
