Chez Francois Restaurant and patio

Amazing food! Everything was perfectly cooked (this will sound crazy but I like my pancakes a little crispy, and it was perfectly cooked that way! Not burnt, but just enough stability and crunch! Perfection!) The fruit was very flavourful and not too cold or too warm (great for sensitive teeth) & the view was to die for! Service was good! Recommend for a very delicious breakfast!

If your are visiting Canmore, you have to go there.

She was so nice to the kids and had great overall energy.
The food, a lot of verity also for vegetarians.

The food was great. This was the only best breakfast we had in our 5 days tour in Banff Jasper. Every item on the menu was perfect. Tried Egg Benedict for the first time and they made it so good that I would wanna try only that next time. The potatoes were done differently that's also adds additional flavour to their specials. It’s a very busy place. We went there for breakfast and waited in the line for 10-15 minutes. The servers are nice. I ordered the American breakfast. It includes pancakes and toasts. But when it came I realized it would have been better if I just ordered a pancake dish or a toast separately. The food tastes good however. The serving wait time was long too. And I asked for more turkey sausages instead of bacon.

One of the best brunch spots in Canada. The quality of eggs, bread, meats and fruits is top notch.

I highly suggest the mountaineer if you are coming in hungry. It is equivalent to a brunch even if you eat it at 8am. The bacon & sausages were excellent and well-cooked. The eggs were over hard and so flavourful. The rye toast was an icing on the meal.

The servers are courteous and friendly. In fact I mentioned to him that we were in a hurry, he ensured to bring the food in less than 10 minutes.

Overall, fantastic experience and I highly suggest it to all visitors and residents of Canmore!
