(January 5, 2022, 10:54 pm)My favourite new bubble tea place. Lots of yummy and unique flavours. They have deals Monday - Thursday for 3.99 which are awesome. Definitely love the Milk King as a staple flavour. Passion fruit anything is always a safe bet if you don't know what to get.

Love their customer service. They offers 20% off very often to their loyal customers. Another thing I love about the place is they have honey options instead of sugar 🧋

(November 12, 2021, 12:23 am)The milk tea is by far my favourite. The tea flavor is strong, I can adjust the sweetness level. I've tried milk tea at a lot of other places before but so far I like this one the best.

Their egg waffles I really liked too. The consistency of the waffle, crispness, and sweetness was just right. It didn't taste too sweet like the other ones I've had at other places.
Highly recommend this Kung Fu Tea location.
