If you are looking for a genuine real estate team this is the one.
Afew months ago we received a postcard by mail from CIR Realty Calgary with Janine and Casper’s advertising. As we had been thinking about listing our home and did not yet have a agent to represent us the timing seemed appropriate to inquire on the value of our home and getting it on the market. After filling out a request for a consultation we were quickly contacted and on our way to getting our home on the market. They provided us undivided attention, patience and respect throughout the process of selling our home in the Aspen Landing area in Calgary.
The sale happened within 12 hours!!
They worked for us getting close to asking price and explained every detail along the way.
Then we had to decide on our next steps and of course needed the assistance of a real estate agent.
