Amre Supply

I ordered a part after having looked online and saw they had this part at one of their locations down east (we are in Calgary). The person on the phone confirmed they could ship the part and I would have it in about 5 days. After 7 days I call and find out someone made a mistake and the part had in fact not even shipped. I was going to leave the dreaded one star review. Customers can often be difficult to deal with and I didn't want to be one of those, so I called customer service and got Carrie-Lynn. She took my reference number and had to listen to me complain. She asked if it was ok to look into it and call me back. She broke the bad news but made sure the order shipped expedited.

Amre Supply is lucky to have a team member like Carrie-Lynn. Her get it done attitude saved me to be a repeat customer. I'm not happy the part is late, but I got clear and concise communication. Thanks Carrie-Lynn.

It was good. The customer service representative was courteous to guide us for the part we needed. It was not available at his warehouse, and he was ready to get it from Edmonton. It was going to take time. He guided us for another nearby shop, and it saved our time and got the part that we needed immediately. Thanks for him.

I am at Amre Supply to buy a furnace blower motor. It is the same as my last time here; everybody is really friendly. Specially, my Sales Rep. Chad explains carefully and helps me choose what I need to complete the work. His knowledge and professional attitude makes me feel more confidence with what I buy. He even carries the motor to my car, for I bring other stuff. I will come back next time for sure.
