And even after the deal was closed, he has continued to help us iron out any lingering questions and concerns.

Brad is a knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, and skilled realtor. But even more than this he is a great communicator - delightful, warm, and a kind person who made a stressful process a true joy. In the meantime, I know that if/when we need to sell, that's one less stressful decision we will need to make - we will be turning to Brad again, no question!
