Amica Aspen Woods

It is a beautiful Sr's Apt Asst Living Res.
It is too far in SW suburbs for me.
I find the $ Fees High. Where do Srs go, who cannot $ Afford places like this ?

My Friend- I- love has been a resident at Amica Aspen Woods Calgary for just over six months. I visit her almost every day for a couple of hours , this gives me enough insight of life at Amica for me to write this review. It is easy to access the building from the main streets. The grounds are well kept and there is both surface parking and parkade parking for the visitors.
Due to the Covid pandemic, there is some monitoring for visitors.This is done very efficiently at the entrance. The first person of contact is the Front Desk Concierge . The lady on the weekdays and the young man on weekends are both very pleasant and efficient. That makes it a very welcome experience.
The building layout is very good and reminds me of the high-end casinos in Las Vegas in its quality.
Amica's strength lies in the excellent service provided by the staff. From the Concierge to the front-line workers, it is of a high standard.
The staff is dedicated to providing care with efficiency and compassion.The housekeeping and upkeep is satisfactory. The residents are provide good care and assistance as needed by each individual. This no doubt is a reflection of the good management.
The Facility projects cheerful environment with very positive vibes.
The timing for the meals is punctual and well organized with the staff helping the residents who need assistance.I can not comment about the meals itself because mainly to Covid precautions, I have not tried any meal.
There are many activities that are done but I do not have the in depth knowledge to comment .
I have no hesitation in rating this the highest 5/5. While it is the Staff at large who perform, I give credit to the Management for running such a good establishment and the staff for executing it all.
