Called and discribed my problem, Bruce was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and what he needed to do. He came out same day to fix my problem. Keep in mind my house was 50km away from calgary NO PROBLEM!! arrived fast and was able to fix the problem and tune the fridge up making it like brand new! Bruce is a fantastic technician. I had problems with my portable air conditioner, I called and was told it would be cheaper to bring it in rather than send someone out. I appreciate the honesty, I was able to drop it off later in the day and within the hour he called me back to come take a look. We discussed that it would be a better option to get a new one, as the part would take a while to ship and the cost of the part was half of what the unit itself cost. This allowed me to make the right choice. I am happy I found this company and they will be the first I call if I ever have any issues in the future!
