Water Heater Pro

Our 6 year old water tank started leaking. Home Depot was useless in sending us a plumber after waiting 45 minutes on the phone. Did some searches on google and ended up reaching Water Heater Pro. He showed up at my place within the hour, provided me with a reasonable quote, and completed the installation of a tankless system next day. He removed the leaking tank, even vacuumed whole carpet after work was complete. Very happy with how things progressed and finalized. I would not hesitate recommending his services to anyone...

I needed a hot water tank replaced I called a few places and got a few quotes. I didn’t feel that many of the prices were fair for a replacement of a hot water tank and they were slow to get back to me with some numbers. Got some I felt sales pressure as I really needed a tank as mine stopped working. I called heater pro and they got me in for a decent price for a 40 gal tank. In the end I upgraded from a rheem to a Bradly white 50 gal as per recommendation by heater pro and some research I did to confirm that, Phil, indeed was telling me the truth and not just pushing upgrade for more margins, as you know some people do. I’m Pleased I called these guys. By the way he did the replacement and upgrade and it was cheaper than some of the other guys I called and he got it completed the very next day. I’d say he completed it in less than 24 hrs but I’d be lying. 26 hrs is very acceptable in my books! Give these guys a shot! I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Ben from Water Heater Pro is a thorough professional. He provided me with an instant quote to supply and install a new Branford White Defender water heater tank at my home. His quote was good and within the market price. He came to my home in the last week of Aug., 2022 to install the new one and took away the old one. He explained what he was going to do.
