F45 Training Kingsland

Great facilities, clean and well kept. Fabulous coaches that really bring the energy and help you while working out. Their focus is safety and results. I like the team aspect of the workouts where everyone helps and supports everone. I highly recommend!

No gym compares to F45 Kingsland! It's got everything you need. Killer workouts. Amazing trainers, and a great community. The trainers are your biggest cheerleader and are constantly walking around to correct form. I also love it when Deb makes things harder for me!!! Lol. This gym is so much fun. I'm literally obsessed. I'd give it 45 stars if I could!

From the moment I walked in I knew this was my jam. The people, the coaches and the amazing workouts. The live DJ on Saturdays was a huge bonus as well. I've had a ton of fun and seen great results in just 3 months!!

Started off with the 10 day trial and was able to fit in about 6 classes. I loved it so I signed up for a membership for 3 months! Good environment and an even better work out class every single time. 10/10

The coaches are very attentive and accommodating. I love the regular change in workout programming, and the different days dedicated to specific types of workouts. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, you should definitely give F45 Kingsland a try!
