THIS YEAR I USED HIM AGAIN TO REMOVED MY CO SIGNER FROM MY MORTGAGE, HOWEVER, I DID NOT KNOW IT WAS GOING TO BE A BATTLE TO FIGHT BETWEEN ME AND MY CO SIGNER, A BATTLE I WASN'T PREPARED FOR....LONG STORY SHORT.
