I discovered this place recently and I am so glad I did. Always wished we had a Coffee shop in our community and it’s a new small business in the area, which makes it even better. Went there today, and their customer service is amazing. I tried their Chai Latte, (The Milky Way) Cake in a Jar, White Chocolate-Rasmalai Cupcake & Mango cheesecake. The texture, presentation and flavours were top notch. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

Shop local! I’m happy to support this young girl and her bakery in our neighbourhood, rather than going to a chain store. I had a custom made letter cake done for my birthday. She was able to turn my vision into a work of art! Favorite flavours at the shop are strawberry shortcake and also Fraiser, she did a combo of them for my cake. $122 felt very reasonable for a custom cake with double layer of cake, double buttercream, double strawberry purée; the top covered in goodies like fresh & chocolate covered strawberries, chocolates. Truly a cake to LIVE for.

Also a variety of cupcakes with the most unique flavours. Cake in a jar are a fav at our house too!

I only wish the store was open earlier in the mornings so I could grab my 8am caffeine fix on the way to work during the week.

This place is a must visit coffee shop with speciality cakes. One of the best cakes in Canada. Gluten free and look at the colours and look of the cakes ! Impressive. The owner is an incredible young entrepreneur who inspires many people that come there. They do take orders for custom cakes. So thankful they are in NE part of Calgary where it is classy and my family love being there. Must must visit and have some of their cakes and you will not be disappointed. Aashima, you are amazing and keep it up.

The desserts were delicious. The cupcakes were not too sweet and nice and fluffy. We also tried the eggless cheesecakes and mouse cakes. The mouse cakes were to die for and the cheesecakes we so light and airy. There was a good variety of desserts in the case, lots to choose from. They even have a few dairy free and a lactose free milk option for their drinks. The decor was super cute and the whole Cafe has a beautiful aesthetic. The owner is super nice and her staff was very friendly.

I have been a customer at made by AKB for a while now and they have always delivered tasty and beautiful desserts. Recently I asked for a custom Drake/OVO cake which not only looked amazing but tasted so good. As a small business the prices for the quality and taste are great. I love ordering from this bakery. Would definitely recommend!!
