Roger is exceptional! It is so hard to find honest contractors today and I feel I lucked out finding Roger.
I have had this on going leak in my home for 7 years. I have had so many arrogant contractors come to my home claiming they know it all and charge me immense amount of dollars to not solve the problem.
Roger was a refreshing change from all the other contractors I have had to deal with. He was the only contractor who had the sense to take my garden hose and water down the house to attempt to find the solution. He spent two hours in my home diligently trying to make sense of what was happening. He was a kind and I appreciated his humility.
