(August 17, 2017, 2:19 am)Boutique personal training in Kensington. Coach and owner Brian is a highly decorated power lifter and brings a lot of experience to the industry. When I trained at Ki fitness, my personal records made substantial jumps in a very short time and it was injury and pain free.
