I had an unfortunate situation where my dog ended up locked in my car in extremely cold weather and the service I received was prompt and efficient. I appreciate the fast response during I’m sure a busy time with the very cold weather!

Joseph saved us late one evening. I came home locked us all out of the house...my partner was stuck in backyard, in his underwear!!!!. ( was out having a smoke) Joseph arrived in no time and got us safely back into the house. I would highly recommend his service. Professional, fast, was great with my 3 rescue dogs.

It's a beautiful Saturday and I'm headed out to enjoy the day. While locking my door the lock insides broke loose and attached to my key. I did a quick search and found next locksmith Hamilton. I called and was greeted very very kindly by Jane who was able to provide me estimated price and 15-30 minute ETA. I decided to go get a coffee while I waited and 3 minutes later I got a call from Joesph (Next locksmith literally arrived in 3 minutes!) I had to tell Joe to please wait for me as I was about 2 minutes away from home. Not only was Joe able to fix my broken cylinder lock, he advised me that this is a common issue with cheaper big box store hardware. I ended up purchasing a deadbolt lock from Joe that is LSDA approved and he even helped me install it! I was worried my broken lock was going to cost more due to complication but the quote Jane provided me was accurate. We're in 2022 where everything is so different but I really like how honest and helpful NEXT locksmith has been. Thank you Jane and Joe! I will be advertising you to all my friends and family. You saved my day, my time and stress.

Highly satisfied to have found Joseph and his company. When I had any issues, Joseph came in right away to help me out with my door lock. The efficiency was also a remarkable part. Jane the receptionist was lovely on the phone.
