Had a problem Christmas Day, He was the only person to respond, He really put the Customer first and was able to Fix my pc and get it running again.
The whole time sending me information about how my computer was doing what kind of updates were needed and eventually, replacing my broken SSD and giving me back my computer before the day was over.

He works fast and Honest. I truly appreciate this Christmas miracle!

Marc (Mark?) was super helpful, welcomed me into his home after typical business hours, gave me a discount on an additional service, and gave me some super helpful additional tips relating to other computer habits/practises to keep it running at its best. He even answered my phone call about another question at 7:30pm 4 days later. Can’t recommend any more!
