Mike is a very special person, who has had a huge impact in my life. 20 years ago I was invited to join him at a Wing Chun Kung Fu class and I was hooked from that point. I stopped trainging years ago but have stayed in touch with Mike ever since then. As he is a spiritual brother and it is always amazing to see how Mike has evolved and grown. He is very centred, grounded and truly is a leader in all that he does. His presence is calming and assuring.
