Had Mel and the guys repair my brand new Forest River trailer that they refused to return my warranty calls on. Tried reaching out to four different companies for repairs and Mel was the only one on the ball with responding, and kept the communication coming until the job was done. He even went as far to show me the new axle with a side by side comparison with the old one. When I went to pick up he gave me a solid walk through of the work and the price came in under the estimated price tag.

Great work team! I will be back when this clunky Forest River trailer fails again as I'm sure it will!!!

We are so thankful to Steve Ray and his team for a job well done on our 2009 Chevy Silverado! We brought our truck to Western Paint & Body Works to repair the rust damage on the bedside panels and they went above and beyond to ensure the damage was fixed properly, and not with a band-aid solution. We also appreciate the extra work they did with the undercoating, repairing the rust on the inner wheel house panels, fixing the side moldings and polishing out scratches. We may have paid a bit more for the repairs, but we are so pleased with the results and we’ll have our truck on the road for many more years. It looks like a brand new truck!! Steve was awesome at keeping us fully informed of the progress and costs of the repairs. We know where to come when we need vehicle repairs done again!
