Mason is amazing at what he does. He has helped me in improving my ankle and getting stronger. FXNL 101 always makes me feel welcomed and has become my happy place. If I could give this place more stars I would. If you have injuries or are wanting improve your health you should come see Mason, you will not be disappointed

Mason is a great trainer with tons of knowledge in both exercise and nutrition. Working with him over the past year, I've improved my form and been able to deadlift over twice my weight iny 5rm without triggering any of my back pain I've typically gotten through poor form. Other lifts have also benefited as well.

His planned workout routines have varied from mace workouts, HIIT, gymnastic ring training, to standard powerlifts. All planned to keep me on my toes (sometimes literally and figuratively) and continually making it interesting.

He's been great to work with and isn't bothered by keeping it within an hour to hurry to the next trainee.

While I am not a member of this training facility, I have worked with Mason Mang through personal training sessions in the past. Mason’s function-focused mobility approach helped me fully recover from previous back injury. As a lifelong fitness enthusiast with a kinesiology background, I was skeptical of personal training. However, Mason was positive and encouraging while also firm in his recommendations to challenge my fitness expectations so I could set realistic goals. With Mason’s guidance, I achieved one of my long term goals of completing unassisted pull-ups from a dead hang. Thank you Mason!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Way better than most gyms as you get better consultation and training. Highly recommend coming here and to train!
